not signing in as owner

Hey guys.I REALLY need help,i posted a thread about this before and no one ever helped me,can you guys PLEASE help me out.I sign in as a gues and sometimes a third guest for no reason,please help!

If you are not an owner....

1) Go Edit the chat box by going on the group page and clicking EDIT on top.
Enter the chat box password that you used to create chat box (if you created it)

2) If you were made owner by an other owner the chat box was reseted or you are un-owner ed.

Are you running a cookie cleaner program ?
