This user contacted me in a Private-Chat, then blew up on me, posting continuous expletives when I said I did not have time to help them.

I do not have a screenshot of what I said, but I did explain to them that I was not in the Help chat at the time.

I do not think that this is fair to me to have this person randomly attack me when I am not in Help Chat.

There's always the Ignore button which everybody forgets about....

He is mad that you probably have banned him so he seeks revenge.
just ignore him and forever ban him from your place...
It will take him a while to delete his data

Anons are always quick to retaliate.
Ignore Anon raiders. Do not make owners you do not trust, as they may turn out to be anons in disguise. Deowner or demod any Mods/owners who give you any reason to suspect that they are less than trustworthy.
