Reporting ANOTHER user

OK, I recieved a complain about this user in http://Xat.com/Help, and while I informed the person complaining that there was nothing I could do about the user unless they were in Help, I did accept a link to the chat where the user was causing the disruption.

I'm not sure how anything can be done, but I have banned the offending user in the screenshot from several chats in which I hold a position.

The person that complained asked me to report this and see if it is possible to IP ban LOL_Of_Chair, although I don't believe it is possible.

Lolchair is indeed a problem on some chats, but you must also understand that mods and owners need to be able to run their group without having Xat having to IP ban people because they are causing trouble in their group.
