i live in austria but when i look up my ip it says i live in sweden then when i join an chatbox my keys are wrong placed i set then my language to german save it come back again and its setted again to sweden xatech need to solve this problem cuz its kinda annyoing when u wanna ask a question and cant put "?" in

Try to change your language from there, and if you change it there then there is no way it could revert back, even if your IP said this, unless your browser is un-able to save cookies.
