what does xat staff do?

if somebody is banned from an xat chat box for no reason what does xat staff do if you report that in? will they delete the xat chat box or will they first warn the owner?

If a bad moderator bans people then the owner will get reports and hopefully unmod them.

If a bad owner bans people then the group is doomed and will go unused.

Its up to the owner to unmod them if they are a bad/unfair moderator. Having bad mods is a sure fire way to destroy a group but xat wont delete chat groups for unfair banning.
