cant even view xat.com

hello there i run a forum and have one of your chat boxes as part of the forum..its a great addition and would like to thank all who make the xat chatboxes possible..cheers the problem i am having is one of my members who used to see the chat box no problem for the last month cannot see the chat box on my forum and cannot even view your web pages at xat.com

please help as this is so frustrating.

I would take out the chat and put it in gain I guess. That may work.
