A Error Message When Trying To Log In

For some reason it will not let me log in to the chat boxes and I always get an error message..

I have the same problem, but I see this hasnt been answered since you posted in mid-December.... hmmmm....

I have all the latest in Flash, Java, updated Macromedia players, EVERYTHING is updated because of games I play on other sides, but just to be sure I just went and checked and it shows I have newest versions installed. Yet this is all I get when I try to use/install chatroom:

I found a better Chat room to use on my site that isn't buggy and not full of/ran by a bunch of 12 year olds. Thanks anyway!

I am experiencing the same problem. 4 days ago i am still able to enter the chatbox, but since i did a clean-up of my hard drive, i cannot enter the chatbox, it is giving me a network problem prompt. can anyone help.

All the members of my chat are receiving this too... we were chatting then suddenly we got that :confused:
and I don't think it's an old computer issue I have a brand new computer :p

My friend is having the same problem. She is seeing the screen shown above. She has never been able to log on to it.

She has an up to date internet explorer, the only other thing she has running is msn (which I have on too). She has tried cleaning out her cookies (sorry - I'm not very good with technical stuff so you need to keep it basic for me) and she turned off her firewall.

We don't know what to do next.

My friend also can't even see this page. She just sees a white page which happens when she tries to use the chat box.

Sorry, I'm so technologically challenged. My friend simply cannot open the chat box. We use the chatbox to hold quizzes - first to answer wins the point for the question etc. I'm not sure what you mean by polls, but thanks for asking.

She simply cannot open the chat box. She gets the error message that was shown at the top of this thread. She also can't view Xat.com pages which is why I'm posting.

Last night I was on xat and it was working fine. I woke up and went to see if anyone was online but the error message just popped up and I can't get online. Will anyone help?

Try refreshing the page until it logs in, Sometimes 4 out of 50 people cant login all you do is just refresh and you should be logged in out the chat
