Friend's List Problem

I've noted on a period of several days that many people have been complaining about a friends list problem on Help. Many say they cannot private chat anyone on their friend's list, they know their friends are online but it says they are offline (red), they cannot receive messages sent and send messages to the person they are private chatting from their friends list, and some bugs i saw was this:

I just hope someone can fix these bugs or problems..
I'm tired of people complaining.

I think glitch is fixed because now if you go on the friends list in say help and ACK is on his Gold Icon shows for a period of time then switched to green... and back to gold.
So people can Pc others.
If there suddenly red try refreshing...
