Suggestion for a warning [4 Supports]

If the chat has been bad or has been reported the owner should get a warning and if he gets 2 his chat gets blocked forever.

I do not support.

People like Nightmare can modify their IP and cookies and such, and xat would not regonise them at all, so they could get a chat deleted, which isnt good. Plus if someone got banned they'd just give a warning.

No you do not get it at all.

The warning comes to an E-mail and it shows time,date,cookies,ip etc.

"people like Nightmare,mike,anon" cannot get to it.

plus the warnings are from un-fair bans.
