Enhance works fine with new shows

I really didn't have to re-create the show. If you just go to the settings
tab of the old (existing show created prior to 5-10) and re-select your im
age folder(s), then re-save to the same (existing) Xats file, the Enhancer
feature works fine.

I created a completely new show and the Enhance slider does default
to the middle. Evidently, if you reopen shows created with an
earlier version (maybe before 5-10) the Enhance slider remains to
the left.
