how can i add chat box to my forum

Press Edit Your Chat above the Sign Out button, then Extra Features, then copy the embed code from the gigya box and edit your forum, and paste it into any HTML-compatible part (e.g. forum description) and save and it will appear in your forum.

i cant see ''edit your chat'' button

If it's not there then you are not a Main Owner of the chat. Try clicking the "Get [chat name]" button above sign out. If it's not there then it is not a group and you cannot add it to yout forum.
