How Do I Delete A Users Name ?

Ok how do I delete a users name like if someone uses an inappropriete name I know I can ban them but how do I remove their name from the list?

If they went offline (their person is red) simply send a bunch of messages and refresh and the name will disappear eventually. If they're still online (anything not-red) then you cannot remove their name, sorry.:(
