The Lobby is the chat where users can break-away from rules. So no, it does not have any moderators. If you feel somebody is being very bad you may click their name and click Ignore, however, I suggest visiting xat.com/groups (http://xat.com/groups) to find a moderated chat.

Yeah I've noticed that a lot more chats are becoming well moderated, which in turn compells some users to create chats of their own to 'escape' from the rules.
all in all because of this there's a pretty wide variety of chats out there, even just goofing off and entering random chat names into the address bar, you can find a pretty leet chat group.

Haha no Lobby doesn't have any mod's or owners. It used to have mod's....but they don't have them anymore. The ex-mod was james, but he screwed things up with it :P....And plus to add on they were planning on removing lobby anyway.
