marry/bff & divorce

i'm not sure who came up with this feature. the way it was explained to me was so that you can keep track of people better and show them you care. umm isn't that what the friend feature is for? to highlight them on your list. in my opinion, this just sounds like some jr high thing. i really doubt that explanation will be sufficient for explaining to the adults in the chat room i moderate. why use the words marry and divorce? so if we like someone or many someones, marry them and if they look at us crosseyed we divorce them? is this what we want to teach the next generation? how about simple terms like "make best bud"/"dump the dweeb" or like/dislike or how about just incorporate the friend function with this program so we can keep better track of our friends(which we care about) and not make it sound like we want them to be at our door anytime soon?

does anyone else have a problem with this terminology or am i just old fashioned? :)

I think it's fair the way it is...

If you pay money to show somebody you care it shouldnt be a "bud" thing... It should only be for somebody very special. You word it like users can just divorse or marry at-will, but it costs money and you gotta make a careful decision, just like real-marriage.

Intento hacer divorce, pero siempre siempre me sale bad password. He cambiado el password tanto en el login de xat.com como aqui, pero no consigo ni saber con quien estoy marriage ni cómo hacer divorce. Por favor, quién me puede ayudar?=????

Again, I don't know why we have this but it is kinda a waste of Xats. People that you don't even know Marry/BFF you. 0_0

The idea for accepting and decling is a very good idea. I have been BFF a couple of times without warning. And I dont want the BFF so i feel bad that the person is losing 200 xats for the BFF, so i pay them there 200. D=<
