How Do You Become Xat Staff?

This question has always been on My mind since being on Xat...so I thought someone might be able to answer it...How do You become Xat Staff???

ok good question but you shouldent ask you must work hard to be on xatech staff do good deed etc but i think you have to be recommended but you DO NOT ask to be on the staff or how to be its rude just do good make friends and do good is all you can do i suppose if you get on xatech staff good for you if not then you will have fun on xatech so dont ask kinda rude eh but there are things called emergancy mods i am not going into that thou:cool:

Xat staff, is locked from anyone becoming one..
but since you ask, to be xat staff, you must be 18 years old, most likely live in Uk, ( not sure about that one, but all the xat admins live in UK, and you need to keep phone contact with them for emergency.)
You must hand in your Resume and you will get paid if you work for xat because this is really a JOB!!
There is no xat mods, sorry no volunteer either. Its all work and get paid!

Im guessing the pay is comming from donations and the new subscriber feature would probably help. Just my thought
