Bad Password

This has not been happening to me but a few of my friends and chat members. I have given a few some xat time and coins. THey go to use their password and they get a bad password error. THey reset their password a few times and it happens all the time. If you need their register name and xat I will give it to a mod here. Thank You

have they got funny letters in their password ?

No im pretty sure they dont, just a basic password i have noticed alot of people having a problem with this, at least in my chatbox area.

Only A-Z and 0-9 are allowed in passwords.

If that doesn't work please post their ID and registered name here.

I noticed this happened on a few more people when everyone registered got the free xats and one day subscription. IS this a bug or something they need to fix them self?

I dont know if I can get them on here easily but will try ANOTHER one of our users is having the SAME problem. It is really annoying them. THeir xat is getanemail (75560860). No specila symbols either in password. So idk

I had to reset my password TWICE.

and I'd alredy been logged on.

I have had them reset a few times and still the same problem. :(
