Can u message someone if they are not in the chat?

I guess you can PM them if they are on your friends list? But what if they're not?

If their name is red click it. If it says "Offline" and then after a second or two, it should say either "On xat.com/chat" or "not added you as friend". Then click their name again and you can PC/PM them.

How r u suppose to message them if dey offline?

If they left but are in an other chat, go to Private Chat with them, make sure there only friends list, and see if there only, if they are you can talk to them threw two different chats, no problemo, even private messages but I wouldn't recommend it, if your are glitching or lagging the private message might be able to be seen to all users in the chat you are.
