Manager Help Please

My problem is that I created a chat box, and then a few people joined up on it. When I tried logging in later, my owner privledges to make other people members were not there. I switch computers as my sister, mom, and myself share two computers. I tried logging onto both computers, and nothing happend. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

If the box is on XAT, do the following:

1. Click Edit in the top right corner.
2. Enter the password.
3. Click Chat Box Settings

Then you will be owner again.
