What happens when a chat gets alot of ban reports?

I've hear such things as chat being taken away and stuff but never seen it happen.

So can any of the owners/mods explain it.

So how many ban reports are needed to get the chat de-listed?

But if the chat is being under attack by other chats, the other chats will be suffering the consequences, and I am unsure of the Limit Number, Please contact the administrators.
