I cant get on a chat site

:( i cant get in a chat site i go to one and it always says connection problem or something like that and if i go to place where theres no1 it lets me in but then i close every window and open them and go to the chat site and it keeps on saying error whats the problem :(

Im not the administrator on my pc. and i dont think i have spybot :S
i really need help

The only things is that i downloaded few programs, one takes about 1 gig or something and i downloaded some others is it because i downloaded stuff? i really want to go back but it wont let me its now 3 days i cant go on :(
