Hello,
I am unable to connect to chats hosted by xat.com via my Comcast (home) service. I am able to connect to chats via other ISPs, using the same machine & settings. Other members are able to access the chat.
When I attempt to connect at home, I get an xat error message that reads: "Connection Problem. You could try to start the chat again. Sorry (F)."
Things that I have tried:
Turning off firewall
Adding xat.com & xatech.com to list of trusted sites
Turning off "Protected Mode" for xat.com
Downloading updated Flash
Allowing unlimited storage for xat.com in Flash
Attempting to access via latest versions of IE & Firefox
Clearing all browsing history ("Private Data," cookies, temporary internet files, cache, etc)
Clearing DNS cash
Resetting modem
Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
