Really Need Help, Please Read!!

Hello, my name is Michael and i am a participant in a xat chatroom. Today i went on a xat chat and i was talking with my friends when i instantly got kicked out of the chat and i was not able to log back into it. I tried logging back in several times into the chat and nothing worked. I even tried logging into other xat chatrooms and it didnt allow me. I tried installing the latest flash player/ adobe player as well as java. Nothing changed. what could be the problem, please help and respond. Thank You.

when i have those problems, i usually log on to another one of my comp users and then i can get on but idk..... i told you to do it and it didnt work

well i tried that and it still doesnt work, the chat stay white (now white, used to be black yesterday) with the help icon on the top left corner. i cant sign in on any chats of xat's and im at a loss of what to do now..someone help me out please..:(
