Reported by a banned minor

I have a chat box on my yearbook site. It is Marys_Friends_1943 or Marys Friends 0713, can't remember and can't get to it. I am the owner and have banned a 15 year old girl twice due to the nature of the conversation in the chat box with those ranging in age from 40's - 60's. Her name was first I_am_in_love_with_Sweeney_Todd, now it is Katy who told me she was Sweeney Todd before. She is too young for this chat!! She reports me each time I ban her but I will not allow a minor in the chat box. Please recall this complaint from her! Thank you! Mary Noble (Artmuffin)

Ban her forever (0 hours) or make your chat members only by clicking Edit Your Chat, then Extra Features, then selecting the "Make This Chat Members Only" box and Update. Then the only people who can chat there are those you make member.

I don't think you can remove the complaint. And if you don't want her to complain then stop banning her :confused: Ban her for ever if you are the main owner by putting '0' for the hours, when you ban.
