A Picture for background in menu

Here's a question for someone:

Can you insert a background picture in the menu behind the thumbnail
pictures?

Can you change the color of the background in the menu?

You can add one xats default background like the ones provided in the chatrooms or you can input an image url to use, an photobucket one or just a google image if you like!
