Register your website at www.freewebs.com and go to My account and then change the domain to <domain.webs.com> where domain is your chosen domain.
Pages :
Forum - Use forumcircle.com to make one ;
Chat - Put Xat Chat in a new page ;
Updates page - Use a blog to post the last updates ;
Photos!!!! - put photos in your website ;
Also, after you finished,register to www.tk and make your website domain.webs.com to domain.tk
Look at mine for example : http://divinitypower.tk
OPTIONAL :
1.After you register to www.tk you can make a personal adress like office@domain.tk .
