Help! I need to contact Xat!

Okay, someone said that they were banned unfairly in my friends chat, http://xat.com/SummerStarz and it was unfair they reported her. The transcript is here: http://web.xat.com/report/transcript.php?i=2108431215443968980 I heard if we get reported one more time her chat group will be deleted. How do we contact xat so they can read over the transcript and decide not to delete it?

If the BANS are consistently reported for being unfair xat will LOOK INTO removing it. Dont be worried unless the bans ARE really unfair and if so UNMOD them..simple

Where does it say that this chat will get deleted?
Usually main owner would get noreply from xat aka an e-mail about concerns or an admin would talk to the chat owner =/
