Xat Keeps Refreshing

Ugh, this sucks. Whenever I go on xat, after a few posts, everything just stops and I have to sign out and in. If I don't sign out and in, after a minute the chat just refreshes itself. Whenever I post more than twice, xat just dies for a sec. I have to re sign out and in and then I see people posting and no one got my message.
I REALLY need help, because I'm on xat everyday.

Strange Glitch, I cannot remember what was its solution, please stay by until a greater tech gets on with xat glitches ;)
