Can't Login to my account

I cant log in to my xat account. When i put my e-mail address that I registered on xat to get my password it says e-mail not found. And since i got a new computer i cant access my chat box as a admin. I cant log in to my account why. How do i fix this problem?

even if your co-owner not main owner, even if you get your account back on a new computer, all your powers membership, moderatorship and ownership on chats is gone! ERASED! Only on your old computer!

Your best bet would be to make a new chatbox and promote it
if you wish, but as far as regaining your ownership on a different
computer, you will have no luck. Sorry :(

I know but when i put my e-mail address to log in to my xat it says not valid. And i registered with that e-mail

Hmm, this may have to be looked into by an administrator,
but wait and see what the forum mods have to say about it,
they know better than I do.

Wait a minute, you said that you keep entering your e-mail address
to get in your chat? When you enter your e-mail address it sends a
message to your e-mail account with the current password for your
chatbox. Are you putting in your password? becuase you shouldn't be
entering your e-mail to access your chat settings, you should be entering
your password. Be sure to check your e-mail for the Xat.com message
verifying your password.

I know but still the password says its wrong.
