Help on chat box tabs

Hey, how do you have a tab at the bottom of your chat box, which takes you to another chatbox, so it's like you have two in one? It's hard to explain, but I see them all the time and was wondering how you do it. Thanks.

Lol, Ack.. I don't think that's what they meant..

Press "edit'' in the top right hand corner of the chat page.. type in the group password, scroll down to the giant white text box.. type in "http://xat.com/Help"(Change 'help' to the chat you want.) Name the label 'Help chat group!' ( or what ever you want.. ). Scroll down a bit more and press 'save changes'. Refresh the chat page.. and it should be there.
