Server banned?

I'm having a problem lately going on in ClubGamer (http://xat.com/ClubGamer). Alot of people are being banned without someone even clicked the ban button. I think this is a server ban. I asked them: Did you do something bad and they said no. Even ClubGamer's 1st main owner Link is getting banned. I unban them and everything is back normal but 5 minutes later the're getting banned again. This happened only to mods/owners and to the main owner, no members or guests yet. This problem affects like 4-5 staff members on ClubGamer.

This does not only affect people on clubgamer. I have had people ask a lot (on Help)why they were banned on their chats. This has happen to some people i know but for some reason they don't appear banned on my screen. Also, when i ban someone, more than likely it says "I have banned for 1 hours." Hope this gets fixed.

I think it is because the page has too many things and often overloads the server into doing that..

This is not always true, there are chats (groups) that have nothing under it and the owner ends up being banned as some people told me on Help.

Maybe the owner locked himself out of the chat somehow..
