When i tired to make a purchase on "Pay by Phone" Feature, The call is not getting threw. Can someone fix this that every phone company is able to make the call?

i think you might of chosen a country ur not in then called its phone number

Call Your Provider, Tell Them To Unblock The Phone Number.
