The chat box works perfectly but I have tried to type Vietnamese language on the chat box, it doesn't show the characters correctly, please upgrade the chat box to does so, thank you

I am having the same problem, when I type in russian.

As far as I can tell it's a flash chat-box... is it possible to look at .fla file which produced the swf file?

no, but I would want to get it to work
it is also weird that some of my friends typed in russian and could read each other, but I cannot read them and they cannot read me. Do you know what I can do to make it work for me?

see bottom of help, it should say: Version=704040
