My list of ideas are below followed by bullets.
Extend subscribers ignore time period to 12 hours instead of 6 hours.
Allow subscribers to colorfy their name, E.g Make their name red in chat instead of black.
Give subscribers an confirmation screen after pressing transfer so they can verify if what they selected is right.
If the subscriber has an extended profile on xat. their drop shadow would be darker and visible than normal people have.
Allow subscribers to delete users in their info, you know where we can press new user. Allow subscribers to delete users.
Give subscribers an permanment ignore option.
Allow subscribers to post more than the normal amount of smilies allowed in an single chat message.
Extend the character limit for subscribers
give an option to bold their name in the chat window if wanted.
Give subscribers more default avatars to choose from instead of the old lame ones.
Animate the heart / cross if they are married so if someone browses over their name in the user list on the left the heart will like beat out and then go back in once.
Add an survey kiss?
Give an confirmation screen on when marrying / bff someone.
Allow subscribers to have scrolling names that go across. Like our name will scroll in the chat like bouncing across back and forth to side and side.
Add sayings like For example my name is Brian in the chat and i want to do something to an girl named Robin so i click Robin name and click Sayings and there will be like give flower and if i click give flower it will say in main chat to everyone "Brian gave Robin Flowers (flowers smilie)" It would say it in bold words.

Add option to where subscribers can do /afk then if someone pc'ed that subscriber they would get an automatic response saying "subscriber is afk" but subscriber would be replaced with their name in chat. ( The automatic response would be in italics / bold )
