I have seen many questions being asked about " Why cant I go on Xat on my school computer", The school have blocked the site for a reason. They do not allow cyber-bullying in the school. And you must be 14 Or older to be on xat. And its unsafe if you go on Chats. ( That's what they say :mad: ) So that's why xat Is blocked on your computer.
