Can't log in! Please help!

Dear Employees of xat.com,

For some reason I can no longer log into my registered xat ID. I input my email and password as per usual, and come to the screen where it says "please wait", just as It always did. However, now, it never changes to login sucessful. It just stays please wait... :confused:

What's going on?

Does xat keep track of people through the use of I.P. addresses? Could this be related to my problem? I believe I have a dynamic IP address so it changes every few days. If this is a problem, is there any way I can fix it?

I registered this account about 4 days ago, and have been logging in and logging out normally since. However today, I can't get past the "please wait" thing. It's just stuck! :eek:

I don't know what to do anymore. Any help is appreciated.

Okay, so I still don't know what the problem was before, but after trying to log in over and over and over and over, FINALLY I got it to say load successful! Woo-hoo! So don't worry, I got back into my account and got all my friends and other stuff back. Yay! :D

This is common at times, sometimes the server is running slow, or your internet connection could be running slow. I had this problem today be leave it or not, just give it a bit of time, check back every other hour or so.
