Chat cycling back to old conversation

Hi, we're having a bit of a weird problem with our chat and it's getting really annoying.

The chat keeps deleting new messages and cycling all the way back to an old conversation from several months ago. At first the chat signs everyone out, then it signs everyone in to where the conversation started. It can be hard to get back into the chat--Sometimes you have to sign in over and over again.

At some point, maybe hours later, everyone will be signed out and when we're signed back in again, all the messages that had taken place after that conversation will be back.

This happens almost daily, several times a day. The problem's gotten worse and worse. It's not like we're a very big community--it's active but there's not many people. We're really tired of this happening and wondering how to fix it.

Yeah this has been happening to one of my chats too, and everytime I click the rex [x] on all of the comments to delete them they still pop back up 1-2 days later.

This happens to me too, so I would have my chat not to "restore any messages". I find that this is the best thing to do in this situation, otherwise, you might have to wait until the problem is solved... I heard that the problem occurs whenever the sever is over-loaded. On the other hand, I could be wrong. Who knows?
