How do I set a solid color background (eg black)?

Edit your chat box on the web (not in the chat box itself)

Click on "Click for more or use your own"

That should bring up a page with lots of pictures.

In the box enter a color or html hex code,

e.g. Red, Black, Pink or #123456

and press "Get Images"

If your color is recognised it will appear as the the first image.

Click on the color.

You will have to redo putting the embed code on your website.
