How to change Font Face

As you can see, posted messages is in bold letters and the Username is in normal font weight.

Can we invert font weight? or change for some font color and style?

We thought emphasising the message (which you read most) was more important than the user name, but I guess its just a preference thing.

We don't have any options to change this at the moment.
