The cool club, devine nation etc. are called pools. They are made automatically by the chat box when the number of users in the one room becomes unmanageable. The chat box becomes useless when the messsages are flying in so fast you can't read them.

Its not possible to define your own pools at the moment for a specific purpose but its an interesting idea...
