nopm power suggest

I'm here to suggest yet another power - The nopc one was great, but I'm still finding myself being PMed - Since people can still PM you when they can't PC - and I still find it very annoying.

If possible, please make another option to the nopc power or just add a nopm power so you can't be pmed either.

Well, the thing is, its easier to ignore a PM. And if you need to contact someone with something personal and important, and they don't have you added, you need to PM them so they can PC you first.
