New power has been exposed

Everyone take a look at this picture, recently today I had seen Darren on a friend's chat and when I took a look at his powers this is what I saw:

I find it very odd that I only see this "animate" power on xat staff, so far I've seen it on Darren, and 42 and I have yet to figure out what it is

The funny thing is, when I clicked on Darren's picture I noticed it animated, and pics usually DON'T do that, so I'm 90% positive that it's most likely a power that will allow us to show animated pictures

Unless of course, it's only for xat staff :mad:

If anyone thinks I'm wrong, speak now
