Help! Why can't I type?

Hey guys,

I love this box, first off. I haven't had many issues until now, but this morning I was thrown off a bit. I clicked into the text box and found that I couldn't type. I have to reload the page occasionally in order to enter any text. I thought that it may have had something to do with my creation of a second user name, but I'm not too sure. Can anybody help me out?

Hello,

It's possible you have a partial download of the chat box, it does happen sometimes. Hold down shift and click refresh on your browser when on a page with the chat box on it and it should work for you.

Let us know if that doesn't fix it.
