Hi ppl i need help againg ok i when here to these chat http://xat.com/singlez_only and if u go down the chat page it have a News and Announcements thing i one to put that in my chat but idk how to doit can some one tell me and it have alot things to in others words how can i make my chat page to look like that one and is not only that one alot chats have things like that plz some one help me thanks:D
