Big problem

Well, this morning i came and logged in my chat as usual and a little window popped up saying that my xat account's email had to be confirmed, weird since i had already done that a long time ago (6 months or so).
After that i just logged on my email and confirmed it once again but , oh suprise, the same window popped up again when i refreshed so i decided to log out and in back again but when i tried to log in it said that my email wasn't registered in xat, now i can't use that user which had 33 days and several powers. (about 10).
I really need my account and the days/powers back again asap cause they weren't free.

I know this user and I confirm his story to be true, it is sad, but hopefully you guys at xat can help him.

email of xat is info@xat.com put the subject xat and tell them all the problems your having also never shear that picture with people they can take your id

You coul'd try again to login later. if the problem still persists, go to xat.com/help tonight and wait for Darren(7) to come along, if this is a xat glitch you coul'd inform him of what is going on, and he may be able to fix it for you.
