Problems with connection

Hi.... ive had no problems with the chat at all before apart from this.
When i try to log onto the chat from about 3pm til about 11pm, all the rooms and groups APART from lobby are blank.. nothing happens.. my name appears and the backround, but no other people can be seen even though there are people in there. This however doesnt happen when i use another internet connection at another house... where it works 24-7. So im wondering is it a problem with my home internet connection.. even though after about 11pm its back to normal again.. or a problem with the chat servers that have problems with some isp`s. Any help with this would be great as it can be annoying.. or if someone has had the same problem. I live in england and have a BB connection if this helps in anyway. Thanks :]]

Can you tell us what ISP the problems are with?

Are you connected by Wifi with the problem house?

Im using a 8mb tiscali connection at the house with the problem. And yes i use my laptop mainly which is using a wireless connection to a modem/router. But i think i tried a wired connnection once which went directly into the router and it still didnt work :confused: ... so im wondering if its a problem with my tiscali isp.

The last user who reported this said the problem went away when they stopped using WiFi. Can you try plugging in next time you get the problem and see if that fixes it?
