Urgent Help Needed!!!

Hi admins,

Please help us, our chatgroup is bisrock. We have a user, a very rude and abusive user that nicknamed himself "like". We want to banned him but we can't because his always offline.

I don't know how this happens but he can interact with the chatroom even if his offline.

Please, we need your help asap. Kindly check for this chatgroup, and see what i mean.

Well mate the only way you can ban him is to wait until he comes back online. I got to thinking if he is never online for you to ban him how is he still causing trouble? If the problem persists then contact Chris. __Justin

i have this problem too a guy from another room keeps coming in and starting crap with me and spreads lies and stuff and has 2 or 3 accounts to get on so i ban one and someone unbanned him i can't catch this guy always and he changed his name too so i need some help here

yeah so i might have managed to hold him off now but it doesn't stop him from pcing people from his room is there a way to ban his entire ipaddress from the room? friend suggested that and he can keep making new accounts and coming back i can't use the clever stealth mode to hide and catch him forever i'm pretty sure hes smarter than that sadly

Actually i'm from a different chatroom entirely i have nothing to do with bisrock my problem people have started drama, fights, and spread untrue lies about my members so about that ipaddress ban? or some higher way to get rid of them? my rooms whitezone btw and its not a racist room before u jump on me about the name

see when they change accounts or use "new user" it changes that i added them and my friend suggested an ipaddress ban but idk how to do that or if its on the box so if they're computer even hit my room it'd ban them i've been putting up with this guy for months and he trys toc ome work thing out but he denies everything he does then when i actually tried the work it out he started up agian

i'm not toally sur what resetting the box will do but i kinda thought he'd get tired too but its like he has some kind of blood fued against me and yes i own the room and he pcs people in the room after months i don't think hes giving up

alright i'll try the ignore thing but hes not talking to me he doesn't spam anymore or leave rude messages its like its a room war but i'll tell everyone to ignore him maybe that will work
