everytime i tryt and connect with the chat box it says could not find server or failure in connected what can i do to fix this

what chat box are you trying?
Is it all of them?
Are you on WiFi?

None of the chat boxes are working i thought it may have to do with some settings ihave but i am not sure and no i dont use WiFi

what sort of network are you connected too ...

We have adsl internet and we connect straight to the modem

what sort of firewall do you have?

It must allow port 10000-10100

yea thank you it was a fire wall i use peer guardian and that seems to like to block alot of things
