Please ask anyone who claims to be from xat/xatech to make themselves owner of the room (gold/yellow). They wont mind and if they do then then do not work for xat/xatech.
Under no circumstances disclose your passwords or any personal information over the chat box even to an xatech employee.

I'm a moderator of the room Hotties_only. I went in on that day and found that many people were getting banned and that the guy was xat_security_monitor. He told the owner that he was an official and was doing security patches. He asked us to kick anyone who cussed or anything. He began to ban people without reasons. I confronted him about it and he gave me some lame excuses. He then began to ban everyone in the room, I along with another moderator spent half an hour unbanning people because he kept on doing it over and over again. He said a virus had hijacked his computer. I knew he was lying. He then came on and said that he was John McKennath and that his son had been on messing around with stuff. I'm not sure if that name means anything. I'm just wondering how he become a moderator without owner approval. Thank you for any information you can give us on this.
