Dear Users, It has come to my attention and others that people still suggest info@xat.com , but info@xat.com is no longer an e-mail that you can contact by e-mail, but now there is ..... ... ... http://www.xat.com/support !
1. You must be registered to xat.com ( have a username )...
2. You must start a ticket with your issue/problem
3. You should in the next few hours receive a respond to your issue.
There are many uses for xat.com/support with categories of tickets, for suggestions, help, information towards xat and other.
p.s.
This thread is cloned to pretty much all forums, you may find it as a sticky thread clone in the other forums, or the announcement http://community.xat.com/announcement.php?f=21

You don't have to be registered to send a ticket, you can create one when you arent registered.

I just tried it. It would let me put info in. Also noticed limited selection. However it would not let me send. So I would say it needs looked at.
