can i use t-mobile to subscribe because my parents wont let me use house phone or credit card :S btw i live in usa if i cant txt can i call with it?

Unfortunately,
T-Mobile Does Not Allow PayByPhone...
But What You Can Try is Call T-Mobile and ask them
To Unblock The Number For You.
They Will Be Gladly There To Help.
